MESSAGE

As founder and Chief Executive Officer of UAT AIR CONDITIONING SDN BHD (UAT), Bernard Loh Soon Wah is responsible for managing all facets of the business and caring for welfare of dynamic team of staff. He has proven excellent management track record of 15 years of experience in driving sales growth in Air conditioning industry as former General Manager of Carrier (M) Sdn Bhd a subsidiary of United Technologies Corporation (USA).

In 1995, he founded UAT Air Conditioning Sdn Bhd and propel the company into becoming Air Conditioning, Mechanical and Ventilation (ACMV) Specialist Contractor undertaking various prestigious projects and was awarded with "CIDB Contractor Award for Medium Scale Project" in 2000.

Bernard has various involvement such as past President of Malaysia Chapter ASHRAE, past Project Director of National Ozone Depleting Substance, past President of Malaysian Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Association (MACRA), Technical Advisor for Jana Iotacs Sdn Bhd and last but not least the inventor and designer of Innovation Operation Technology Air- Conditioning System (IOTACS) for Hospitals Operating Theatre application. The technology for IOTACS has been patented in Singapore, Malaysia, China, Australia and USA.

Bernard earned a Bachelor in Engineering (Hons) from University of Liverpool, UK (1980) and also a GBI facilitator for Green Building Index Malaysia.

UAT was founded in 1995 as an integrated Air-Conditioning Company with In House Automated Duct Manufacturing Facilities with CAD/CAM capabilities. In 2000 UAT was awarded the CIDB Medium Scale award category for the excellent work quality and has obtained ISO9001:2015. certification.

UAT excel in the design, engineering and construction activities, our excellence is due to our continuous commitments to provide the best service for our client by comprehending and transforming their needs into functional quality works. We strive to serve our clients with sincerity, ingenuity and unwavering approach to meet and exceed our clients’ expectation.

We have undertaken more than 150 major projects in Malaysia, ranging from commercial to industrial ACMV scope of works. Our vast experience, technical know-how and project management techniques have enabled us to attain distinctions with regard to safety, quality and "on time" completion.
